"Received the incorrect product"
They sent me the wrong product and couldn't provide the right one. The only thing they offered was a 5% discount on my next order, instead of refunding me for the item I didn't order.

Super simple click and collect experience! I didn’t notice until I got back that a few of the soothers I bought were the wrong size, but the lady was incredibly helpful and brought the right size to my doorstep that night, even with the awful ice and snow on our road! Amazing service and wonderful folks!
